The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Agree with the offer of the Ministry of social policy on creation of the Single information and analytical management system social support of the population of Ukraine (E-SOCIAL).

2. Approve such which are applied:

Regulations on the Single information and analytical management system social support of the population of Ukraine (E-SOCIAL);

Regulations on the Unified state register of the social sphere.

3. To the ministry of social policy:

create the Single information and analytical management system social support of the population of Ukraine (E-SOCIAL) and the Unified state register of the social sphere for provision, appointment and payment of social support (social payments, benefits, privileges, social services and housing subsidies);

provide till September 30, 2020 filling of the Single information and analytical management system with social support of the population of Ukraine (E-SOCIAL) information with use of the data which are available in other information systems, used by structural divisions concerning social protection of the population Kiev and Sevastopol of public administrations, district, district in, executive bodies city district in the cities (in case of their education) councils for provision, appointment and payment of social support;

provide since October 1, 2020 use of the Single information and analytical management system with social support of the population of Ukraine (E-SOCIAL) during provision, appointment and payment of social support;
