Item 118 of the Procedure for registration, issue, exchange, transfer, withdrawal, return to the state, recognitions invalid and destructions of the passport of the citizen of Ukraine for the trip abroad approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 7, 2014 No. 152 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 45, Art. 1188; 2017, No. 2, to the Art. 38) to state in the following edition:
"118. The identification element (the digitized image of person and the digitized signature of person) is brought on the page of Doc 9303 this according to recommendations (IKAO).
Requirements to the digitized image of human face, photographs which move for registration or exchange of the passport for trip abroad and to the photographic image on them are established by the Ministry of Internal Affairs.".
