1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of December 31, 2013 No. 214 "About some questions of implementation of notarial activities" the following changes:
1.1. in word preamble "paragraphs of the eleventh, thirteenth and fifteenth of part one of Item 74 of the Regulations on the organization of activities of notaries in the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 27, 2013 No. 523 "About the organization of notarial activities in the Republic of Belarus" and "shall be replaced with words" paragraphs of the eleventh and thirteenth Item 1 of Article 21, parts two of Item 1 of article 32 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 18, 2004 No. 305-Z "About notariate and notarial activities" and parts one";
1.2. in Item 1:
