About implementation of notarial activities

Based on paragraphs of the eleventh, twelfth and fourteenth Item 1 of Article 21, No. 305-Z "About notariate and notarial activities" the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: parts two of Item 1 of article 32 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 18, 2004

1. Approve:

The regulations on the Qualification commission on questions of notarial activities (are applied);

The instruction about procedure for holding qualification examination for determination of the professional training level of person applying for acquisition of the status of the notary (is attached);

The instruction about procedure for issue of the certificate on implementation of notarial activities, introduction in it of changes and (or) amendments, issues of its duplicate and cancellation, maintaining the register of certificates on implementation of notarial activities (is attached).

2. Establish certificate form on implementation of notarial activities according to appendix.

3. The Item is excluded according to the Resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of 08.12.2020 No. 180

4. Declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of December 1, 2010 No. 107 "About some questions of implementation of notarial activities" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 1, 8/23089).

5. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
