About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus of December 30, 2008 No. 209

1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus of December 30, 2008 No. 209 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for providing workers with individual protection equipment" the following changes:
in preamble:
shall be replaced with words words of "Article 22" "Article 28 part one paragraph two";
shall be replaced with words the word "years" "No. 356-Z";
"resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 7, 2008 No. 1471 "About authority delegation to the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection on acceptance of regulatory legal acts" shall be replaced with words words "subitem 7.1.3 of Item 7 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1589,";
state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for providing workers with individual protection equipment it (is applied).";
