Based on paragraph two of part one of article 28 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 23, 2008 No. 356-Z "About labor protection" and subitem 7.1.3 of Item 7 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1589, the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for providing workers with individual protection equipment it (is applied).
2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of Labour of the Republic of Belarus of May 28, 1999 No. 67 "About approval of Rules of providing workers with individual protection equipment" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 1999, No. 54, 8/527).
3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
