organizational structure of the State assay chamber under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 1;
structure of central office of the State assay chamber under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan with the extreme total number of managerial personnel in number of 24 units according to appendix No. 1a;
standard structure of territorial branches of the State assay chamber under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 1b;
Regulations on the State assay chamber under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2.
2. To the Ministry of Finance together with the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan in a month to complete organizational measures for transfer of the State assay chamber (further - Assay chamber) in maintaining the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
3. Determine that:
The assay chamber is headed by the chief appointed to position and dismissed by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan on representation of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
the chief according to the status, payment terms of work, medical and transport attendance is equated to the deputy minister;
