1. Determine that:

1.1. are assigned to Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus:

coordination and carrying out state policy in the field of:

import and realization of fish and seafood, products of their conversion;

conversions, conservations of fish and seafood;

issue in accordance with the established procedure to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs of special permissions (licenses) for conversion, conservation of fish and seafood;

1.2. the special permissions (licenses) for conversion received before entry into force of this Decree, conservation of fish and fish products are effective till December 31, 2003;

1.3. Ceased to be valid

2. Transfer to Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus to operational management of the share of open joint stock companies "Fish Row" (Babruysk) and "Grodnoryba", being in republican property.
