For the purpose of satisfaction of requirement of the domestic market in wide assortment of fish, seafood and products of their conversion, protection of economic interests of the state I decide:

1. Ceased to be valid according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of 08.04.2014 No. 148

2. Ceased to be valid according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of 08.04.2014 No. 148

3. Determine the Ministry of Agriculture and Food the state body coordinating activities in the field of conversion, conservations of fish and seafood.

5. Donate in two-month time from republican property:

in property of administrative and territorial units of the company as property complexes of the unitary enterprises according to appendix 2;

in utility property of the Grodno region 570 459 shares of Grodnoryba open joint stock company nominal value of 3000 rubles for the total amount of 1 711 377 000 rubles, including 569 933 shares which are in operational management of Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus and 526 shares which are in ownership and the order of the State committee on property;

in utility property of the Mogilev region 750 882 shares of Fish Row open joint stock company (Babruysk) which are in operational management of Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus, nominal value of 1200 rubles for the total amount of 901 058 400 rubles.
