About modification of appendix No. 2 to the Order of the Government No. 194/2017 about approval of rates for services of judicial and extrajudicial examinations
Based on part (2) article 75 of the Law No. 68/2016 on judicial examination and the status of the court expert (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 157-162, 316) DECIDES: the Government
1. In appendix No. 2 to the Order of the Government No. 194/2017 about approval of rates for services of judicial and extrajudicial examinations (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 109-118, 273) to make the following changes:
1) in the name of column 3 of the word "Type of Judicial Examination" shall be replaced with words "Type of the activities performed in the course of conducting examination";
2) line item 26 to add with subline item 26.05 following of content:
