About approval of rates for services of judicial and extrajudicial examinations

According to part (2) article 75 of the Law No. 68 of April 14, 2016 on judicial examination and the status of the court expert (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 157-162, 316) DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve:

1) Rates for the services of judicial examination provided by the National center of judicial examinations, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the National center for fight against corruption according to appendix No. 1;

1-1) Rates for the services of genetic examination provided by the Center of technical and criminalistic and judicial examinations of the General inspectorate of police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs according to appendix No. 1-1;

2) Rates for the services of judicial examination provided by the public institutions of judicial examination subordinated to the Ministry of Health according to appendix No. 2;

3) Methodology of determination of rates for the services provided by public institutions of judicial examination according to appendix No. 3;

4) Rates for other services provided by public institutions of judicial examination according to appendix No. 4.

2. Rates for services of judicial examination are applied to services of extrajudicial examination.

3. Recognize invalid some orders of the Government according to appendix No. 5.
