About modification of the Order of the Government No. 1127/2008 about approval of car driver licenses of new sample

Based on part (1) article 20 of the Law No. 131/2007 on traffic safety (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, Art. No. 11-21, 6) DECIDES: the Government

This resolution shifts the subitem d) Item 3 of appendix I to the Directive 2006/126/EC of the European Parliament and Council of December 20, 2006 about driver's licenses (in the new edition) (the text concerns EEP) published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 403 of December 30, 2006.

1. In the Order of the Government No. 1127/2008 about approval of car driver licenses of new sample (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, Art. No. 183-185, 1128) to make the following changes:

Item 1 to add 1) with the following paragraphs:

"sample of the car driver license of 2019 according to appendix No. 6;

sample of the temporary car driver license of 2019 according to appendix No. 7";

Item 3 to state 2) in the following edition:

"3. To provide to public institution "Agency of the state services" issue of the car driver license of sample of 2019 and the temporary car driver license of sample of 2019.";

To add 3) with appendices No. 6 and 7 of the following content:
