About approval of car driver licenses of new sample

1. Approve:

The car driver license of generation DL2015 according to appendix No. 1;

the temporary car driver license of new sample according to appendix No. 2;

temporary conditions of issue of the car driver licenses approved by the Order of the Government No. 778 of November 20, 1995 according to appendix No. 3;

changes which are made to the Order of the Government No. 1452 of December 24, 2007. "About approval of the Regulations on the car driver license, the organization and holding examination on receipt of the car driver license and admission conditions to traffic", according to appendix No. 4;

sample of the international car driver license according to appendix No. 5.

sample of the car driver license of 2019 according to appendix No. 6;

sample of the temporary car driver license of 2019 according to appendix No. 7.

1-1. For the documents specified in Item 1, digital versions of car driver licenses which shall contain the same data set can be created. In the territory of the Republic of Moldova digital documents have the same legal force, as well as physical documents.

2. The car driver licenses enacted according to the Order of the Government No. 778 of November 20, 1995. "About approval and enforcement of machine-readable driver's licenses and registration certificates of vehicles" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1996, to Art. No. 11-12, 57), are issued till January 1, 2011 along with car driver licenses of new sample with observance of the conditions provided by appendix No. 3 to this resolution and have unrestricted effective period.
