1. No. 199 "About additional measures for enhancement of monitoring of the foreign trade transactions in the Republic of Uzbekistan" to add Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of July 21, 2014 with the paragraph of the following content:
"Recommend to commercial banks in case of entering into the contracts signed regarding commodity importation, changes in type of the supplementary agreements concerning the name of business entity, the foreign partner and their details, implementation of money transfer (financial transactions) under these contracts after entering of corresponding changes into cargo customs declarations".
2. To the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan to enter the corresponding changes following from Item 1 of this resolution into the Single electronic information system of the foreign trade transactions in a month.
3. To the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the interested ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.
4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan concerning investments and foreign economic relations E. M. Ganiyev.
