1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine of December 19, 2005 No. 226 "About approval of Rules of registration and issue by diplomatic representations and consular establishments of Ukraine of the identity certificate on return to Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 30, 2006 for No. 76/11950 (with changes).

2. To provide to department of consular service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
