About approval of sample of the form, technical description and the Procedure for registration and certification of the personality on return to Ukraine

1. Approve:
sample and the technical description on the form of the identity certificate on return to Ukraine according to appendices 1 and 2;
Procedure for registration and certification of the personality on return to Ukraine which is applied.
2. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.
