About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus of January 18, 2017 No. 6

1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus of January 18, 2017 No. 6 "About approval of the Instruction about requirements to content and form of the project of reasons for borders of mountain branch" the following changes:
1.1. to exclude from preamble of the word "About Some Questions of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus";
1.2. state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. Approve the Instruction about requirements to content and form of the project of reasons for borders of mountain branch it (is applied).";
1.3. in the Instruction about requirements to content and the form of the project of reasons for borders of mountain branch approved by this resolution:
in Item 2 of the word "case of production of underground waters" shall be replaced with words "case of production of underground waters and (or) uses of geothermal resources of subsoil";
add Item 5 with the paragraph of the following content:
"year of project development of reasons for borders of mountain branch.";
