1. Approve the Instruction about requirements to content and form of the project of reasons for borders of mountain branch it (is applied).
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.

1. This Instruction establishes requirements to content and form of the project of reasons for borders of mountain branch.
2. The project of reasons for borders of mountain branch is developed for the purpose of reasons for use of natural resources in borders of the subsoil plot asked for mining, use of geothermal resources of subsoil, construction and (or) operation of the underground constructions which are not connected with mining taking into account the geological information obtained as a result of geological studying of subsoil.
3. The project of reasons for borders of mountain branch is developed for one subsoil plot concerning the single water intake, the separate borehole intended for hydrocarbon production prepared for mining of minerals (its part) and (or) use of geothermal resources of subsoil and also concerning subsoil plots for construction and (or) operation of the underground constructions which are not connected with mining.
