the list of check points through Frontier of the Republic of Belarus at which only border control is exercised (is attached);
control types (except boundary and customs) which can be performed at check points through Frontier of the Republic of Belarus it (is applied).
2. In two-month time to provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus reduction of acts of the legislation in compliance with this Decree and to take other measures for its realization.
3. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
