1. Bring in Item 1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 17, 2019 No. 624 "Questions of introduction of the special duty on separate goods origin from the Russian Federation which are imported on customs area of Ukraine" the following changes:

Subitem 2 to state 1) in the following edition:

"2) for the gases liquefied by codes according to UKTVED 2711 12 11 00, 2711 12 19th 00, 2711 12 94th 00, 2711 12 97th 00, 2711 13 10th 00, 2711 13 91 00, 2711 13 97 00 and hydrocarbons by code according to UKTVED 2901 10 00 10, imported on customs area of Ukraine in customs regime of import:

since August 1, 2019 - percent 1,75;

since October 1, 2019 - 3 percent.";

2) to add Item with the paragraph of the following content:

"In case of impossibility to authentically establish the country of goods' origin to which the special duty in connection therewith is applied by Item such goods are issued in free circulation on customs area of Ukraine on condition of payment of the special duty at the rates determined by this Item.".

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication.
