About introduction of the special duty on separate goods origin from the Russian Federation which are imported on customs area of Ukraine
According to part eleven of article 29 of the Law of Ukraine "About foreign economic activity" and for the purpose of taking measures, essential interests of safety, necessary for protection, during force majeure in the international relations, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Determine that the special duty on goods by origin from the Russian Federation is entered (further - the special duty), irrespective of other types of duty as a percentage to customs value of goods at the following rates:
1) for heavy distillates (gasoil) by codes it agrees with UKTVED 2710 19 43 00 - 2710 19 48 00, which are imported on customs area of Ukraine by pipeline transport and placed in customs regime of import, - 4 percent;
2) for the gases liquefied by codes according to UKTVED 2711 12 11 00, 2711 12 19th 00, 2711 12 94th 00, 2711 12 97th 00, 2711 13 10th 00, 2711 13 91 00, 2711 13 97 00 and hydrocarbons by code according to UKTVED 2901 10 00 10, imported on customs area of Ukraine in customs regime of import, - 3 percent;
