Requirements to anti-terrorist security of objects (territories) of the religious organizations

I. General provisions

1. These requirements establish organizational, technical and other actions for ensuring anti-terrorist security of objects (territories) of the religious organizations, obligatory for accomplishment.

2. For the purposes of these requirements objects (territories) are understood as the buildings which are in property of the religious organizations, and equally used by them on other legal cause, structures, constructions, rooms and the parcels of land intended for church services, church and religious meetings, religious honoring (pilgrimage).

3. These requirements do not extend:

a) on objects (territories) which are subject to obligatory protection by troops of national guard of the Russian Federation;

b) on objects (territories), requirements to which anti-terrorist security are approved by other regulatory legal acts.
