About electronic information exchange of the automated system of enforcement proceeding and the State register of acts of civil status of citizens

According to part five of article 18 of the Law of Ukraine "About enforcement proceeding", to Item 10 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 2, 2014 No. 228, for the purpose of ensuring operational receipt by the state and private contractors of information about debtors - the physical persons necessary for implementation of enforcement proceeding, I ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for electronic information exchange of the automated system of enforcement proceeding and the State register of acts of civil status of citizens which is applied.

2. To the administrator of the automated system of enforcement proceeding and the State register of acts of civil status of citizens:

take the measures necessary for implementation of technical capability of realization of the Procedure for electronic information exchange of the automated system of the enforcement proceeding and the State register of acts of civil status of citizens approved by this order within four months from the effective date of this order;

before introduction of information exchange of the automated system of enforcement proceeding and the State register of acts of civil status of citizens according to the procedure, provided by this order to provide contractors in case of execution of judgments and decisions of other bodies (officials) of statements from the State register of acts of civil status of citizens by direct access based on the agreement signed with the administrator of the State register of acts of civil status of citizens.
