About approval of Changes in Regulations on procedure for forming and storage of required reserves by banks of Ukraine and branches of foreign banks in Ukraine

According to Articles 6, of 7, of 15, of 25, 26 and 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of effective control behind observance of standard rates of obligatory reservation by banks the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Approve Changes in the Regulations on procedure for forming and storage of required reserves by banks of Ukraine and branches of foreign banks in Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 11, 2014 No. 806 (with changes) which are applied.

2. To department of the public markets (Sergey Ponomarenko) after official publication to inform banks information on adoption of this resolution.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the vice-chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Oleg Churiya.

4. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.
