2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2020.

Rules of subsidizing of aviation fuel for priority international aviaroutes

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules of subsidizing of aviation fuel (further - Rules) are developed for priority international aviaroutes according to subitem 60-3) of article 13 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About use of airspace of the Republic of Kazakhstan and activities of aircraft" and determine procedure for subsidizing of aviation fuel (further - aviation fuel) for priority international aviaroutes.

2. The priority international aviaroutes performed based on decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which are not providing the income level necessary for effective functioning of aviaroute are subject to subsidizing at the expense of budgetary funds.
