About approval of the Standard regulations on regional (district) council on development of entrepreneurship
Based on part two of Item 10 of the Regulations on Council for development of the entrepreneurship approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of October 10, 2017 No. 370, and for the purpose of enhancement of work of public and advisory (expert) councils on development of entrepreneurship the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve Standard regulations on regional (district) council on development of entrepreneurship it (is applied).
2. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 20, 2012 No. 247 "About the organization of public discussion of projects of regulatory legal acts for development of entrepreneurship, questions of implementation of business activity and entering of amendments into the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 31, 2008 No. 2070" the following changes:
2.1. in paragraph one of Item 1 of the word", regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom (further -" shall be replaced with words state bodies (organizations) "(further - state bodies (organizations),";
2.2. add the resolution with Item 1-1 of the following content:
"1-1.
