1. Approve Regulations on procedure for carrying out public discussion of projects of regulatory legal acts it (is applied).
2. "About the organization of public discussion of projects of regulatory legal acts for development of entrepreneurship, questions of implementation of business activity and entering of amendments into the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 31, 2008 No. 2070" to state subitem 1.1.1 of Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 20, 2012 to No. 247 in the following edition:
"1.1.1. public discussion of projects of regulatory legal acts according to the procedure, established by the legislation;".
3. This resolution becomes effective since February 1, 2019.
