Determine that this Standard provision determines single procedure for activities of inspectorates for registration of subjects of entrepreneurship and is binding for Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and the city of Tashkent, and also district (city) khokimiyats.

3. To khokimiyats of areas (cities):

based on this Standard provision to develop and approve Regulations on inspectorate for registration of subjects of entrepreneurship of the respective area (city);
