1. Approve such which are applied:

Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for implementation of the state investment project "Providing with Drinking Water Supply of Rural Settlements of Kazankovsky, Novobugsky Districts and Reconstruction of Water Waste Construction of the Sofiyevsky Water Storage Basin of Novobugsky District of the Nikolaev Region";

Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for implementation of the state investment project "Actions for Ensuring Complex Antiflood Protection against Harmful Effect of Waters of Rural Settlements and Agricultural Holdings in the Lviv Region";

Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for implementation of the state investment project "Reconstruction of Hydraulic Engineering Constructions of Protective Arrays of the Dnieper Water Storage Basins".

2. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.
