For the purpose of forming of reliable engineering and communication infrastructure, expansion of production capacities, attraction of direct foreign investments in the territory of the free economic zone Termez, and also the accelerated development of pharmaceutical industry and further enhancement of the organization of activities of governing bodies of economic societies from shares of the state:
1. Make changes to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.
2. To impose control of execution of this Decree on the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. N. Aripov.

to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of August 29, 2019 No. UP-5794
1. The third and fourth Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of March 18, 2013 No. UP-4516 "About Creation of the Free Economic Zone Jizzakh" to replace paragraphs with paragraphs third - the fifth the following content:

the parcels of land included in structure of SEZ "Jizzakh" are under direct authority of Administrative board of free economic zones and small industrial zones of the Jizzakh region;
the territories entering SEZ "Jizzakh" and its borders, if necessary, can be changed by the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan".
