1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the general requirements to regulatory legal acts, municipal legal acts regulating provision of subsidies to non-profit organizations, not being the public (municipal) institutions approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 7, 2017 No. 541 "About general requirements to the regulatory legal acts, municipal legal acts regulating provision of subsidies to non-profit organizations, not being the public (municipal) institutions" (The Russian Federation Code, 2017, No. 20, Art. 2926; No. 43, Art. 6341; 2018, No. 18, Art. 2640; No. 48, Art. 7430).

2. Provide to federal executive bodies reduction in compliance with the changes approved by this resolution, the regulatory legal acts regulating provision of subsidies to the non-profit organizations which are not the public (municipal) institutions regarding the subsidies provided within the budgetary appropriations provided to federal executive body as to the receiver of budgetary funds, on:

financial provision of implementation of the federal projects which are part of the corresponding national projects (programs) determined by the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of May 7, 2018 No. 204 "About the national purposes and strategic tasks of development of the Russian Federation for the period till 2024" - in case of the first modification of the specified regulatory legal acts, but no later than December 1, 2019;
