1. Approve the enclosed general requirements to the regulatory legal acts, municipal legal acts regulating provision of subsidies to non-profit organizations, not being the public (municipal) institutions.

1(1). Provisions of the subitem "d" of item 4 of the general requirements approved by this resolution regarding compliance of the agreement (agreement) on provision of subsidy from the relevant budget of budget system of the Russian Federation to the standard form established respectively by the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, financial body of the subject of the Russian Federation, financial body of the municipality, and also Item 8 of the specified general requirements are applied in case of the conclusion of agreements (agreements) since January 1, 2018.

2. Provide to federal executive bodies reduction in compliance with this resolution of the regulatory legal acts regulating provision of subsidies to the non-profit organizations which are not the public (municipal) institutions in case of the first modification of the specified regulatory legal acts, but no later than June 1, 2018.
