About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication and is applied since May 1, 2019.

Item 3 of the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for support of ecologically safe condition in exclusion zones and the unconditional (obligatory) settling out approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 23, 2011 No. 202 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 17, Art. 711; 2013, No. 98, Art. 3605; 2017, No. 50, the Art. 1552) to add with the paragraph of such content:
"carrying out cutting down of trees and bushes in the territory adjacent to railway track on piece from the station to Vilcha Yanov Ivankovsky's station both Polesia regions of Kiev region, and actions connected with it for project implementation of construction "Reconstruction of the railway district from Vilcha's station to the station Yanov in exclusion zone of Ivankovsky of the region of Kiev region", the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the order of June 13, 2018 No. 519.".
2. According to the procedure of use of the means provided in the government budget for performance of works in the field of the treatment of radioactive waste of non-nuclear cycle, construction of the Vector complex and operation of its objects approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 2, 2011 No. 196 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 16, Art. 684; 2013, No. 16, Art. 558; 2015, No. 16, Art. 415):
