Questions of the Commission of the state awards and heraldry

1. Approve staff of the Commission of the state awards and heraldry it (is applied).

2. Bring in the Regulations on the Commission of the state awards and heraldry approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of December 31, 2011 No. 1211 "Questions of the Commission of the state awards and heraldry" (with the changes made by Decrees of January 14, 2015 No. 12, of July 2, 2016 No. 285 and of November 29, 2017 No. 391), the following changes:

 The paragraph third Item 5 to state 1) in the following edition:

"The responsible secretary of the Commission is on position the Head of Department concerning nationality, pardon, the state awards of Office of the President of Ukraine";

 Paragraph one of Item 6 to state 2) in the following edition:

"6. Organizational form of work of the Commission are the meetings held as required";

   Items 9 and 10 to state 3) in the following edition:

"9. Preparation of materials on commission sessions and organizational support of its activities is performed by Department concerning nationality, pardon, the state awards of Office of the President of Ukraine.

10. The commission has the form which can be used signed by the commission chairman, his deputy, the responsible secretary of the Commission".
