1. Accept the offer of joint-stock company "National infocommunication holding "Zerde" about transfer to republican property of 100 (hundred) percent of the block of shares of Kazteleradio joint-stock company (further - society) according to the gift agreement.

2. To committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) to perform the necessary actions following from Item 1 of this resolution;

2) to provide assignment of rights of ownership and use of the state block of shares of society to the Ministry of information and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. Approve the enclosed additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
