About modification of the Procedure and rules of implementation of compulsory aviation insurance of civil aviation

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Procedure and rules of implementation of compulsory aviation insurance of civil aviation approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 6, 2017 No. 676 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 74, the Art. 2272), changes which are applied.

2. This resolution becomes effective in 30 days after its publication.

Changes which are made to the Procedure and rules of carrying out compulsory aviation insurance of civil aviation

1. In Item 5:

The paragraph the twelfth to state 1) in the following edition:

"Depending on type of insurance in the insurance certificate (the policy, the certificate) in addition it is specified:";

2) to add Item with the paragraph of the following content:

"In insurance contracts insurance sums (responsibility limits) if necessary can be determined in other currencies, than the minimum insurance sums (responsibility limits) in these the Procedure and rules are determined. In that case the insurer independently shall control the sizes of these insurance sums (responsibility limits) and to provide insurance not lower than the levels, determined by the presents Procedure and rules.".
