About approval of the Actions plan of state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic on anti-corruption for 2019-2021
For the purpose of implementation of the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the State strategy of anti-corruption policy of the Kyrgyz Republic and measures for anti-corruption" of February 2, 2012 No. 26, of further strengthening of institutes of anti-corruption, systemacity giving to elimination of root causes of corruption, consolidation of activities of state bodies, local government bodies, institutes of civil society and citizens in the field of anti-corruption, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve the Actions plan of state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic on anti-corruption for 2019-2021 (further - the Plan) according to appendix.
2. To the ministries, the state committees, administrative departments and other state bodies (under approval), to local public administrations and local government bodies (under approval):
- take necessary measures for proper execution of the Plan at the scheduled time;
- quarterly, to the 10th following the accounting period to provide information) about execution of the Plan and departmental actions plans on anti-corruption in Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- implementation of the Plan to perform within the means provided by the republican budget of the Kyrgyz Republic.
3. Confer the personal responsibility for execution of this resolution on heads of state bodies and local government bodies.
4. To department of defense, law and order and emergency situations of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic:
- provide the organization and coordination of work of state bodies and local government bodies for realization of anti-corruption policy and execution of the Plan in interaction with representatives for the prevention of corruption;
- following the results of every half-year, in accordance with the established procedure to submit the summary report on the course of realization of anti-corruption policy and the Plan for consideration at meetings of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.
5. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Actions plan of state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic on accomplishment of the State strategy of anti-corruption policy of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2015-2017" of March 30, 2015 No. 170.
6. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of defense, law and order and emergency situations of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
7. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
