1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for forming and maintaining the State register of the business entities holding dominant position in the goods markets.
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the moment of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
3. From the date of entry into force of this resolution to declare invalid "Procedure for forming and maintaining the State register of associations (companies) - monopolists" registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 09.04.97 N 329.
