2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order the direction in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of the legislation and legal information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of the Ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after twenty one calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Rules of state registration (re-registration) of railway vehicles and its pledge, and also exception of the State register of railway vehicles

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. Rules of state registration (re-registration) of railway vehicles and its pledge, and also exception of the State register of railway vehicles (further - Rules) are developed according to article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 8, 2001 "About rail transport" (further - the Law) and determine procedure for state registration, re-registration of railway vehicles and its pledge, and also exception of the State register of railway vehicles.

2. State registration (re-registration) of railway vehicles and its pledge, and also exception of the State register of the railway vehicles intended for transportations of passengers, baggage, loads, cargo baggage and mailings by rail in the Republic of Kazakhstan is made by territorial authorities of Committee of transport of the Ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - registering body) for the purpose of the forming of single national bank of data and observance of the safety requirements of movement provided in Safety rules on rail transport, approved by the order of the acting minister of transport and communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 26, 2015 No. 334 (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 11602).

3. Regardless of pattern of ownership, the sphere and the place of application, units of railway vehicles are subject to state registration, re-registration.

4. The railway vehicles which underwent state registration or re-registration are subject to entering into the State register of railway vehicles (further - the register) registering body, in form according to appendix 1 to these rules.

Chapter 2. Order of registration (re-registrations) of railway vehicles and its pledge

5. State registration and re-registration of railway vehicles is performed on an equal basis and conditions for all owners of railway vehicles.

6. The railway vehicles are subject to state registration in registering body within thirty working days from the moment of acquisition of property right.

7. State registration, re-registration of railway vehicles is performed:

1) in place of registration of the legal entity if applicant is the legal entity;

2) in place of registration as the taxpayer if applicant are the physical person, including the individual entrepreneur.

8. Physical persons and legal entities are allowed to submit the application for state registration, re-registration of several types of railway vehicles.
