In the Order of the Government No. 1016/2016 about approval of the Regulations on appointment on competitive basis of heads of public medical and sanitary organizations and the Standard agreement of management of organization (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 293-305, 1101), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) in appendix No. 1:

a) in Item 3 after words of "professional training" to add with the words "and integrity of person";

b) state Items 6 and 7 in the following edition:

"6. The Ministry of Health, work and social protection as the body responsible for the organization and carrying out tender, announces contest for post of the head of public medical and sanitary organization at least in 90 days prior to the stay expiration as the acting head. In case of the termination of contractual relations before the expiration the Ministry of Health, work and social protection announces competition no more than 30 days from the date of emergence of vacancy to position of the head of public medical and sanitary organization in time.";

"7. Tender is considered announced from the date of publication of information on the official web page of the Ministry of Health, work and social protection, according to this Provision. The founder and administration of public medical and sanitary organization for which competition was announced publish information on tender on the official web pages, and also on bulletin board of the relevant public medical and sanitary organization.";

c) in Item 9:

1) to add the subitem with the text "and/or nationality of other state, on condition of accommodation in the territory of the Republic of Moldova;";
