About modification of some regulations of National Bank of Moldova

No. 434-439, 727), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: Executive committee of National Bank of Moldova

1. To make the following changes to the Instruction about procedure for submission of reports of COREP by banks for the purpose of supervision approved by the Resolution of Executive committee of National Bank of Moldova No. 117 of May 24, 2018, registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Moldova at No. 1337/2018,:

Formula of harmonization to state 1) in the following edition:

2) Chapter I:

a) add Item 2 with the subitem 3) of the following content:

15. For submission of information on the large podverzhennost before clients or customer groups which are in communication according to the Regulations regulations on large podverzhennost approved by the Resolution of Executive committee of National Bank of Moldova No. 109 of April 5, 2019 (further - Regulations No. 109/2019), banks transfer information specified in the forms C26 - appendix No. 11 C29.

16. The reporting of large podverzhennost is performed by submission of reports on large podverzhennost according to the forms C26 - C 29, according to instructions for their filling, monthly. Reports on large podverzhennost shall be submitted within 10 working days from reporting date.".

2. In the Instruction about procedure for creation and submission of reports by banks in the prudential purposes approved by the Resolution of Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova No. 279 of December 1, 2011. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2011, Art. No. 216-221, 2008), registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Moldova at No. 1169/2016, to make the following changes:

1) in Item 1 the subitem b) to declare invalid;

2) in Item 15 in the subitem h) the words "jointly characters" shall be replaced with words "the connected clients", and in the subitem i) words of "the connected persons" shall be replaced with words "the connected clients";

4) in appendix No. 3:

5. This resolution becomes effective on June 19, 2019, except for the subitem 4) of Item 1 and the subitem 1) of Item 3, which become effective from the date of publication.
