About modification and amendments in Regulations on procedure for use, servicing and return of the raised financial resources of Islamic development bank within construction of individual housing according to standard projects in the rural zone

For the purpose of ensuring timely servicing and return of the funds of Islamic development bank raised on financing of construction of individual housing according to standard projects in the rural zone and the accompanying infrastructure, the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Make changes and addition to the Regulations on procedure for use, servicing and return of the raised financial resources of Islamic development bank within construction of individual housing according to standard projects in the rural zone approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of July 10, 2015 No. 189 (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2015, No. 7, the Art. 59), according to appendix.

2. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan - the chairman of the board of JSC Uzbekiston temir yullari A. Zh. Ramatov and the deputy prime minister - the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan D.A.Kuchkarov.
