Make change to Item 7 of the Procedure for preparation, assessment and selection of investing programs and projects of regional development and winner drafts of "The All-Ukrainian public budget" which can be implemented at the expense of means of the state Regional Development Fund approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 18, 2015 No. 196 "Some questions of the state Regional Development Fund" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 30, by Art. 886; 2017, No. 33, Art. 1032; 2018, No. 59, Art. 2061; 2019, to No. 46, the Art. 1585), having stated subitem 2 in the following edition:

"The schedule of realization constitutes 2) from one to three years. The project deadline which financing was performed with attraction of financial resources of the state Regional Development Fund during three previous years and which for the objective reasons were not put into operation according to schedules of realization according to the decision of regional commission can be prolonged up to four years provided that such projects will be realized in the current year;".
