Some questions of the state Regional Development Fund
According to part four of Article 24-1 of the Budget code of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve enclosed:
Procedure for preparation, assessment and selection of investing programs and projects of regional development which can be implemented at the expense of means of the state Regional Development Fund;
Procedure for use of means of the state Regional Development Fund.
2. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.

1. This Procedure determines the mechanism of preparation, assessment and selection of investing programs and projects of regional development which can be implemented according to Article 24-1 of the Budget code of Ukraine at the expense of means of the state Regional Development Fund (further - investing programs and projects).
2. For evaluating and preliminary competitive selection of investing programs and the Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea projects, the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city state administrations form the relevant regional commissions.
