Some questions of the state Regional Development Fund
According to part seven of Article 20 of the Budget code of Ukraine and article 48 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2025" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve the Procedure for use in 2025 for means of the State Regional Development Fund which is applied.
2. Stop till December 31, 2025 operation of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 18, 2015 No. 196 "Some questions of the state Regional Development Fund" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 30, the Art. 886).
