About modification of Rules of fire prevention regime in the Russian Federation

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of fire prevention regime in the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 25, 2012 No. 390 "About fire prevention regime" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 19, Art. 2415; 2014, No. 9, Art. 906; No. 26, Art. 3577; 2015, No. 11, Art. 1607; 2016, No. 40, Art. 5733).

Changes which are made to Rules of fire prevention regime in the Russian Federation

1. To add Item 8 after the words "except for" with the word "trade".

2. To add paragraph two of Item 14 with words ", except for the places specially allotted for tobacco smoking according to the legislation".

3. To add Item 20 after words of "warehouse appointment" with words "(except for rooms of category D on fire and explosion and fire risk)".

4. Add Item 90 with the paragraph of the following content:

"Use of naked flame on balconies (loggias) of apartments, living rooms of hostels and numbers of hotels is forbidden.".
