The regulations on Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 30, 2004 No. 327 "About approval of the Regulations on Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance" (The Russian newspaper, 2004, on July 15; Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 24, Art. 2999; 2016, No. 8, Art. 1120; 2017, No. 4, Art. 662; No. 6, of the Art. 948) to add with subitem 5.1.13 of the following content:
