About procedure and the bases of acceptance by national authority on accreditation of decisions on inclusion of accredited persons in national part of the Unified register of conformity assessment bodies of the Eurasian Economic Union and about their exception of it
The government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Approve the enclosed Rules of acceptance by national authority on accreditation of decisions on inclusion of accredited persons in national part of the Unified register of conformity assessment bodies of the Eurasian Economic Union and about their exception of it.
2. The persons accredited in national accreditation system included in national part of the Unified register of certification bodies and test laboratories (centers) of the Customs union for June 1, 2019 are considered included in national part of the Unified register of conformity assessment bodies of the Eurasian Economic Union (further - national part of the Unified register).
3. To the accredited persons specified in Item 2 of this resolution and also the accredited faces included in national part of the Unified register before the date of entry into force of the Rules approved by this resolution to provide till March 1, 2020 to Federal Accreditation Service of the data on their compliance to requirements of this resolution in the form approved by the specified Service. The accredited persons which did not provide such data are subject to exception of national part of the Unified register.
4. To provide to Federal Accreditation Service till December 31, 2020 consideration of the data provided by accredited persons according to Item 3 of this resolution and in the presence of the bases, the stipulated in Item 13 Rules approved by this resolution to provide decision making about exception of accredited person of national part of the Unified register.
