1. Approve enclosed:

1) Regulations on Service of foreign intelligence of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) changes and additions which are made to some presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Recognize invalid some presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this Decree.

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. The service of foreign intelligence of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – Service) is the department of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – KNB) performing and coordinating intelligence activities for the purpose of providing the President, Parliament and the Government, state bodies and the state organizations of the Republic of Kazakhstan with prospecting information for decision making in political, financial and economic, military-political, scientific and technical, humanitarian, ecological and other areas infringing on national interests of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
