Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of creation of the state information system of energy saving and increase in energy efficiency and conditions for its functioning approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 1, 2010 No. 391 "About procedure for creation of the state information system in the field of energy saving and increase in energy efficiency and conditions for its functioning" (The Russian Federation Code, 2010, No. 23, Art. 2851; 2018, No. 31, Art. 5006).
